For over twenty-seven years, Attorney Michael J. Roth has been actively engaged in the general practice of law in the State of Ohio. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, a 1994 gradute of Ohio University, and a 1990 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. Attorney Roth has been a prosecutor for over thirteen years and since 2017, he has been the Chief Assistant Prosecutor for Carroll County handling all felony prosecutions for the County. He is also a certified mediator.

Amy Williams is the glue that holds everything together at the Roth Law Offices and has been Attorney Roth’s right hand & legal assistant for close to twenty years.
